Eilersen designs customized robust digital load cells for industrial applications like on-board truck weighing, crane scales, offshore installations, web tension measurement and heavy duty applications. Eilersen also develops and produces robust load cells for specific customer applications. OIML and ATEX certified versions are available.

Easy installation

With no mounting devices needed, Eilersen's patented capacitive technology simplifies installation. Using pre-calibrated, plug-and-play digital load cells, Eilersen load cells can be supplied with up to 100 meters load cell cables, which can be shortened without affecting the load cell calibration.

No maintenance required

Eilersen digital load cells require no regular maintenance. Integrated diagnostics enable the monitoring of individual load cells, allowing any issues to be quickly flagged for easy troubleshooting. A unique feature is that the Eilersen load cell cables can be replaced on-site without need for re-calibration

OIML and atex certified

Eilersen load cells are available with OIML and ATEX/IECEx certifications for use in harzardous environments (zone 1, 2, 21, 22).
