Easy to install
Installation of Eilersen digital load cells is fast and easy. Our patented capacitive technology means there is no need for mounting devices, which makes your mechanical installation simple.

The electrical installation is simply plug-and-play. All our digital load cells are pre-calibrated, which eliminates the need for onsite calibration.

The high overload tolerance allows for in-factory installation of the digital load cells in OEM equipment.

Eilersen digital load cells can be equipped with up to 100 meter load cell cable, and the cable length has no influence on the load cell calibration. You can even replace cables with no need for re-calibration.

 

No regular maintenance needed
Digital load cells from Eilersen do not require regular maintenance. The load and status of each individual load cell can be monitored with the integrated load cell diagnostics feature. Should maintenance be required, the integrated system will alert users for fast and easy troubleshooting.
